Host a Clinic

Roping Clinics

If you are interested in hosting a Charly Crawford Heading Clinic the cost is $6,000 plus all travel expenses that may apply including but not limited to: airline tickets, airport parking fees, meals, hotel, mileage, baggage fee, and rental car.

The clinic host can set the price of the two-day clinic. We can take up to twelve headers, if there are eight or less ropers, we can add a video analysis session to the schedule. Clinics typically start at 9 AM and end at 5 PM with the second day starting at 8 AM and ending at 4 PM.

In addition to two-day clinics, one-day lessons are available at each location for $2,500. One-day lessons are for people who have attended clinics previously to fix errors or prepare them for new levels of roping. These lessons are available the day before, after, or both for a potential of four days of training. One day lessons are limited to eight headers.

CCT Header & Heeler Clinics

If you are interested in having a heeler instructor as well, we can coordinate with Kory Koontz or Trey Johnson for the same rate of $6,000 plus travel expenses. If you are interested in hosting a Charly Crawford Training Clinic, please email charlycrawfordtraining@gmail.com.
